SUPERVISOR/ ENGINEER QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control  Supervise and coordinate daily quality control activities to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications  Monitor detailed inspections of materials, components and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards  Monitor inspections at various stages of fabrication process to identify and address quality issues promptly  Utilize precision measuring equipment and visual inspections to verify product dimensions, welding quality and overall conformity to design specifications  Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions  Verify and maintain accuracy of the measuring instruments, equipment and machines used, ensuring accuracy and consistency of measurement results  Ensure product adhere to customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements and company quality policies Quality Assurance  Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process Team Coordination & Communication  Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback for process improvement  Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components Documentation & Reporting  Prepare documentation of the inspection process  Ensure accurate and detailed records of inspection, test results and quality data  Generate inspection reports and communicate result findings to the manager  Oversee and issue corrective action report (CAR) to the respective department in response to quality-related issues  Engage with customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring appropriate solution are provided QC Support  Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives  Implement best practices to enhance overall quality control processes in fabrication  Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in collaboration with the manager, project engineer and quality team
