Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Performance: • Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned stores. • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to implement effective strategies. • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure each store meets performance targets. 2. Leadership & Staff Development: • Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to enhance their performance. • Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve staff capabilities. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for key store positions. 3. Customer Experience & Brand Standards: • Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation. • Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance satisfaction levels. • Ensure visual merchandising and store layouts align with brand guidelines. 4. Inventory & Cost Management: • Oversee inventory levels to minimize losses and ensure stock availability. • Work with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency. • Control costs by monitoring budgets and reducing unnecessary expenditures Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level/ STPM/ "A" Level in any field. • Proven experience in supervisory role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry. • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to solve practical problems • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
