Job Title: Onshore Supervisor (Operations – Café & Other Onshore Businesses) Location: Kuala Terengganu Salary: RM 2,100 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: The Onshore Supervisor oversees daily operations of our onshore café and hospitality services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves leading a team, managing resources, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations, including inventory, stock control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth workflows and high performance. - Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships. - Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports. - Collaborate with management to implement growth strategies and promotional activities. Qualifications: - Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). - 2+ years of supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or food service. - Strong knowledge of café operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards. - Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
