  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

LOCATION: KULAI, JOHOR Requirement - Diploma/Degree in in electrical, mechanical or technology related. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level. - Able to communicate and written in English. - Ha experience in Data center facilities operations and maintenance for HV system, MV system, power generator, UPS, Chiller, Transformer, BMS, CPOS, DCIM and etc mission critical equipment. - Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and support Operations related activities - Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system - Perform first level troubleshooting, resolution and escalation based on predefined troubleshooting guide provided. - Creation of Incident details using ticketing system provided. - Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management - To execute emergency operations procedure (EOP) - To support and response customer call, email, and chat. - To monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activity - Data center house rule and policy enforcement - To support all kind of audit activity - To monitor and evaluate DC facilities performance and efficiency - To maintain Data center uptime and customer SLA - Response to Service Desk and service portal.
