JOB SUMMARY Responsible for championing in the Failure Analysis topics: Developing investigation plan, finding root cause and implementing fixes and corrective action plan JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for championing in the Failure Analysis topics: Developing investigation plan, finding root cause and implementing fixes and corrective action plan. • Responsible for investigating and analyzing design verification, DOE reports, formulate root cause analysis and implement fixes and review for effectiveness. • Responsible for DDCR and SCDCR discussion, evaluation, qualification and implementation. • Work closely with all relevant functions in ensuring daily smooth production of high volume and quality. • Identify new replacement part by working with relevant functions team, arrange ECN, Part approval and qualification reports. • Participate in any special projects / programs as & when assigned by Company • Support cost reduction through yield improvement. • Embark on productivity improvement projects. • Involve in discussion on the development or modify assembly fixture/test as necessary. AUTHORITY • Justification for all analysis/investigation/DDCR & SCDCR/part qualification/yield improvement or supporting outcomes with customer [Senior Position only] EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE • Masters/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Possess high level of integrity, initiative and sense of urgency. • Able to travel to overseas, when required.
