Job Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies by managing the end-to-end hiring process and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract qualified candidates. Administer and oversee payroll processes by ensuring accurate salary calculations, timely disbursements, and compliance with statutory requirements. Design, implement and manage performance appraisal systems by setting clear evaluation criteria and conducting regular assessments. Assess training needs by analyzing skill gaps and employee performance and coordinate comprehensive learning and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and regulations by staying updated on legal requirements, developing and enforcing company policies.
