Assist in processing payroll for employees on a timely basis
Support calculations of wages, overtime, deductions and bonuses as needed
Support in ensuring timely distribution of paychecks
Assist in maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including tax and employment
information
Support payroll in validating Kronos Overtime Report by comparing Overtime Codes with systems
data
Assist with LHDN Audit and preparation of audit reports
Registration of newly hired employees in government portal
Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audit
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess accounting qualification or minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience with strong technical accounting knowledge in a Multinational Company
setup, preferably in a FMCG setup or reputable audit firms
Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts
Good communication, presentation skills and business acumen in English.
