Work with managers to set performance goals and development plans for employees. Monitor probationary reviews and performance improvement plans (PIP). 5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and help coordinate learning and development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions. 6. Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Administer employee benefits programs, including leaves, insurance, and claims. Support in salary benchmarking and compensation reviews. 7. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in audits and preparing HR-related documents for compliance purposes. Stay updated on employment legislation and advise management on necessary changes.
