Production Supervisor

1. To supervise line leaders and production workers to ensure the products are produced according to SOP, product and packing specification; 2. To ensure the quantity of the products is produced as per schedule planned; 3. To ensure the processing lines and machines are set up according to SOP for each and every production run; 4. To conduct daily briefing to line leader and workers on the production planned; 5. To identify the raw materials and ingredients to be used according to product and packing specification for each and every production planned; 6. To issue Material Transfer Note (MTN) and Sub Material Requisition Note (SMRN) for raw material and ingredient, respectively for each and every production run; 7. To manage the manpower allocation for production; 8. To verify the production report, output and yield for each and every production run against the standard; 9. To ensure the CCP is monitored and fulfil the standard; 10. To analyse or participate in the trouble shooting of process and equipment trouble / abnormalities; 11. Responsible for acquisition and maintenance of plant structure, equipment and machine in processing plant; 12. To monitor the performance and discipline of the workers and line leaders; 13. To participate in trial run of each and every new products and contributes in trouble shooting of process and equipment if any; 14. To participate during audit and ensure the production in order; 15. To acknowledge QC reports for each and every production run; 16. To monitor the WIP stock level in production warehouse and advise manufacturing manager accordingly on periodic basis for the disposition; 17. To ensure the compliance of workers safety in processing area; 18. To manage and plan the rework of raw materials and finished products as and when necessary; 19. To disseminate information to QC inspectors about the company policies/memo and instruction from section head/HOD; 20. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time;
