Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including document collection and workstation setup.

    Attendance & Leave Management

    • Update and monitor attendance records daily.
    • Track leave applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Notify managers of staff absences or late arrivals.
    • Assist in ensuring that leave submissions include required documents (medical slips, supporting documents for emergency leave, etc.).

      Employee Records & Compliance

      • Maintain and update employee files (contracts, performance evaluations, leave records, etc.).
      • Ensure staff information is updated in HR systems and reports.

        Employee Engagement & Events

        • Assist in planning and coordinating company events such as the annual dinner and employee engagement activities.
        • Help conduct employee satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.

          Ad Hoc HR Support

          • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
          • Assist in any additional HR projects or assignments as required.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR software or databases.
  • Friendly, professional, and able to work with employees across different departments.
  • A team player, willing to assist in various HR tasks and support the team.
  • Develop skills in resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
  • Get experience in HR administration, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and internal HR programs.
