1. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards 2. Prepare site progress report, method statement, inspection form related to projects, etc as and when required. 3. Liaise and coordinate with main contractor, consultant, client, etc to ensure project works smoothly. 4. Review, evaluate and clarify the technical compliance of equipment/material offered for projects and prepare technical comparison/reports to management for decision. 5. Project planning and scheduling. - Develop a detailed project plan, including scope, timeline and budget - Establish work schedules and milestone. 6. Budgeting and cost control. 7. Resource and Team Management, assign tasks and responsibility to stakeholders. 8. Risk management and problem solving, identify potential risk and implement mitigation strategies. 9. Communicate with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers if there any ambiguities or insufficient specification and documents. 10. Prepare, initiate and issuance of technical query if requires - To check with client/consultant on any contradiction/discrepancies between tender drawing and construction drawing, technical specification, technical data schedule and bill of quantity. - To follow-up on the feed back from client/consultant, if any cost impact to advise Contract and Procurement department. 11. Prepare site memo on site instruction when necessary. 12. Monitor and manage subordinates, sub-contractor or workers work progress and any technical matters. 13. To monitor and control project material and wastage improvements within project budget at all time. 14. Any other duties/tasks assigned at other project site from time to time.
