Job Scope / Responsibilities : Job Description:- Job Description:- To assist Contract Manager to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities. Pre-Contract Prepare pre-qualification documents / quotations / tenders submission based on the invitation from Clients / Main Contractors / Consultants as assigned by Contract Manager. Prepare cost estimation, measurement and bill of quantities for construction projects based on the tender documents, drawings and specifications. Collaborate with the tender team to develop pricing strategies and proposals. Provide advice and support on cost-related matters during the tender process. Ensure that all tender documents comply with company standards and client requirements. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information for tender submissions. Analyse and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Assist in the preparation of post-tender documentation and handover to the project team. 2. Post-Contract Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimation, bill of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects based on the Letter of Award and Contract Documents as assigned by Contract Manager. Conduct on-site visits to assess and measure the quantity of work completed. To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities. Evaluate subcontractor’s and supplier’s quotations and negotiate contracts. Provide financial and contractual advice to the project team. Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process. To evaluate & prepare progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors within the permitted time frame. Follow-up the progress certificates and payments status. Evaluate subcontractor’s claims / invoices and prepare subcontractor payment certificate. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or Contract Manager. Requirements : Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering (Civil) or equivalent Minimum 3 years working experience in development / construction company Basic knowledge in methods of measurement and contractual matters Good oral and written communication skills Possess own transport and driving license. Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word; Possess good negotiation skills, meticulous, independent, and able to work in fast-pace environment.
