Job Responsibilities: • To manage all accounting related functions for assigned projects. • To assists projects teams with any questions or needs related to the accounting department. • Attend to all audit queries. • To prepare creditors and debtors aging report on monthly basis. • To receive budget from Commercial department for assigned projects. • To prepare cash flow upon receipt of budget. • to manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects. • To manage petty cash claims for projects. • To verify all the payment vouchers, claims, and other supporting documents. • To post all entries in the FACT system • Other matter related to HQ and inter companies. • Prepare full sets of accounts. • Any ad hoc request from HOD or Finance Director. Basic requirements: • Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance, possessing qualifications such as ACCA or equivalent is highly advantage. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance. • Good analytical skills, proficiency in using spreadsheets to extract, compile, analyze and interpret data, meticulous and detail oriented. • Good communication skills and able to converse in English to interact and collaborate with cross functional teams. • Self-motivated and fast learner.
