Here are the responsibilities: -Prior experience in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner. -To consult and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout the 1 year. -To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the Sales & Digital Marketing field. -Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other social media ad platforms. -To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the client’s database and progress report. -Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency. -To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients. -To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency. Desired skills & requirements: -Important - At least 2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing/ sales/ business/ client engagement field. -Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any equivalent courses. -To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and marketing. -Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills. -Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service. -The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
