Screening Officer

* Responds to security incidents as dispatched by the PSOC or as directed by the security vendor manager or designee. Conducts patrols of the designated Microsoft space, completing patrol checklists. * Collaborates with the PSOC watch officer to prepare reports on incidents to which they respond. * Manages datacenter access control through the Datacenter Access Tool (DCAT). * Manages hard key checkout and check in. * Manages and monitors datacenter alarms and cardholder details through Lenel. * Performs other duties directed by the PSOC and security vendor manager or designee. * Briefs the incoming shift on incidents that took place on their shift and incidents that are continuing into the following shift. * Acts as shift supervisor and oversees screening officers. * Conducts an inspection of all screening officers on their shifts to ensure personnel who are not meeting standards are either sent home or corrected. * Ensures a replacement screening officer is assigned if the regularly scheduled officer is unable to work. * Conducts health and welfare checks of solitary workers in calls with A- and B-Class and Equivalent sites. * Supervises and conducts (as needed) screening of all personnel entering or exiting a secure.
