HSR will exercise the above competencies through the below Roles & Responsibilities: • Maintain employee data in Oracle HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity • Manage the on-to-off boarding process through Oracle HRIS system to ensure an up-to-date employee record in HR system database • Manage scope of duties and answer employee enquiries including but not limited to, employee movement, employee benefits administration, onboarding and off boarding, work visa application, system related, employment verification letter, Reporting, etc • Leverage tools such as Case Management Platform and Five9 telephony system to respond and track requestor enquiries • Work on agreed SLAs to provide data and information as to the effectiveness of the services provided • Participate in User Acceptance Test when required • Participate in HR process migration projects when required • Any ad hoc duties and projects Requirements • University degree with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained from employee / customer services function • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a must. • Excellent customer service skill and good telephone manner with strong communication skills • Data entry skills including excellent data quality, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in work • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and requests in an evolving environment • Pleasant personality and positive attitude, responsible and committed • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Experience in Oracle HR System, customer service telephony system, case management tool is an advantage
