Job Responsibilities: • Develop sales/marketing strategies and plans to grow business. • Proactively to perform project selling, to develop new business and markets via new products, new customers, and new channels, and new segments. • Always maintain an active and accurate project tracking list to ensure sufficient projects in pipeline. • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquirers/proposals from customers. • Prepare tender documents and familiar with process and procedure of tender in government and private sector is preferred. • Develop, manage, and maintain a close customer relationship. • Manage and implement company pricing policy. • Monthly sales reports and analysis to management. • Provide regular feedback about the general market conditions, trends, and competitor moves in the assigned territory. • Work closely with Design/ Technical/Site Team and communicate with client. • Preparing work schedules and supervising construction activities on site • Organising and monitoring sub-contractors’ activities on site. • Liaising with project consultants on all technical, QA/QC and day-to-day operations. • Coordinating with site personnel on the requisition and ordering of construction materials, plant and machinery, etc. • Any ad-hoc jobs by superior. Requirements: • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, CAD, Sketch • Graduated in Mechanical/Civil/ Architecture/ Quantity Surveyor or related engineering field or equivalent preferred. • Minimum 1 year working experience in Construction field. • Excellent sales and marketing skills, topped with great personality. • Highly self-motivated, resourceful and initiative to work independently and as a team. • Possess excellent communication skills. • Possess own vehicle with valid license.
