M&E Engineer

Responsibilities Assist in supervising and coordinating of M&E Project matter Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical issue Execute electrical works and equipment installation, with Piping and fittings works, Prepare draft drawings for designs & calculations. Prepare Technical Specification and information for tender/ Refurbishment/Repair Works. Ensure M&E works are performed within the budget and timeline Ensure quality of works and safety compliance at all time Analysing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs. Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service. Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors. Managing bids from vendors and contractors. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Assist in production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for M&E works working with drafting and modelling team. Maintain proper records of all issued & received documents and reports. Perform regular documents and housekeeping work in the project directory. Requirements and skills Candidate possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Familiar with AutoCAD, drafting, or other Design Software Familiar with M&E Drawings including single line diagram and control circuit Knowledge in AutoCAD, Drafting & etc. Good communication & leadership skills. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia
