Assembly Activities  Weld metal components, tools, and equipment using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)  Follow drawing and diagrams to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly  Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications  Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations  Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively  Participate in regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools  Weld metal components, tools, and equipment using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)  Follow blueprints and diagrams to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly Quality Control and Assurance  Conduct visual inspections of assembled products to verify conformity to quality standards  Inspect and report any faults or defects or deviations from specifications  Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure assembled products meet specified standards  Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly  To conduct quality check according to Standard documents Inventory or Component Verification  Verify correctness and completeness of components before assembly  Monitor inventory levels of assembly components to prevent shortages or excesses  Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of required materials  Report any discrepancies or shortages to the project team Team Coordination and Communication  Foster effective communication within the assembly team and across departments  Collaborate with production planning, engineering and quality team to evaluate and improve assembly task based on production requirements and deadlines  Collaborate with engineering, quality teams and logistic teams to streamline processes and address production challenges  Communicate and report faulty operations or product defects to the manager, engineering and quality team Documentation  Manage and maintain the use of assembly checklist as a vital tool for quality control  Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to assembly processes and production reports
