Executive - Marketing

Market ACE Compounding Pharmacy service to potential customers, hospitals and clinics.  Increase customer database and meet acquisition and sales targets as set by the Company.  Execute activities/processes necessary in the facilitation of sales and after sales service.  Produce structured and scheduled reports on activities and progress.  Execute and participate in marketing and promotional activities, hospital and public events, exhibitions etc.  Maintain a strict code of ethics and professionalism in service delivery.  Develop and sustain strong business relationship with Doctors and other Healthcare Professionals through excellent customer service to ensure continuous support from them.  Responsible for customer support and keep customers informed of new products, pricing and any relevant updates.  Handle customer-related enquiries and complaints.  Other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary. Desired Skills & Experience :  Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Allied Health Science, Medical Science or its equivalent  Minimum 2 years of related experience in sales or customer service/relation.  Responsible, committed, self-motivated and result oriented individual who takes pride in his/her work.  Positive attitude, versatile and able to work independently with minimal supervision.  Service oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients’ needs.  Strong determination to reach challenging goals and creating business opportunities.  Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.  Process valid driving license with own transport.
