Senior : Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering experience (2 HC) Junior : Minimum 2 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering experience (2 HC) Job description Participate in planning & design of performance test Work closely with business users & application team to gather business process flow, application logic test data requirements Develop virtual user scripts Coordinate and set up test data for proper execution Work closely with business users to validate test data Set up performance test scenarios Execute performance test as per test plan Monitor and analyze monitors/graphs for response time, throughput, errors etc Participate in the analysis of test results Conduct root cause analysis of performance defects and ensure proper resolution Requirements Advanced knowledge of Performance Test Tools (e.g., HP Performance Center/LoadRunner/JMeter) and other monitoring tools (e.g., HP Sitescope, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace) Minimum 3 years of coding experience in Java & C language Experienced in creation & usage of SQL queries Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong sense of ownership and good follow thru skills Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
