- Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall workplace maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
7. Administrative Support & Documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, company policies, and reports.
- Support management with administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and correspondence.
8. Legal & Compliance Support
