  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with finance.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and welfare programs.
  • Benchmark industry standards to ensure competitive compensation packages.

6. Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall workplace maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

7. Administrative Support & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, company policies, and reports.
  • Support management with administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and correspondence.

8. Legal & Compliance Support

  • Ensure company operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining company licenses, permits, and agreements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Candidates must possess at least Degree
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
