Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership to maintain and develop customer relationships on a daily basis, follow up and communicate with customers. (by WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone Call or with CRM system) • Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service. • Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches • Research and create reports to summarise the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance. • Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system. • Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements: Must haves: • SPM level or above. Trilingual in English. • Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales,Customer Service,Telesales or other related industries. • Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed. Nice to haves: • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
