  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Summary of role

  • Oversee the different areas of project planning.
  • Setting project baseline such as schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain high level oversight on project status and progress to ensure schedule and budget is met.
  • Review the priority of different projects to ensure alignment with the implementation roadmap.
  • Analyze financial information to ensure cost is within the approved budget and highlight budget variance. Maintain project cost control plans, including assist in budget development and track utilization/variance. Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and capacity planning.
  • Maintain oversight on new projects in the pipeline to ensure timely PM assignment, budget provisioned, and confirmation of key delivery resources.
  • Monitor progress against plans and schedules, facilitating problem solving, and updating the project plans as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day PMO activities, such as collaborating with PMs in preparing for Executive reporting.
  • Maintain the standards and documentation for PMO operations, ensuring that each project manager complies with project requirements.
  • Establish and update PMO processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Establish and maintain metrics and benchmarks for project performance tracking

Qualification and Experience

  • Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified Scrum Master is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in PMO role, preferably with supervisory position and experience leading a team.
  • Understanding of different project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Hands on experience on project management tools preferably JIRA and MS Project, and building Portfolio Dashboards.
  • Knowledge in concepts such as revenue, organizational structure and cost management.
  • Experience in project management using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

  • Program Manager/Senior Project Manager: 6 years (Required)
  • Portfolio Management: 5 years (Required)
  • Waterfall, Agile Methodologies: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
