  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Yogurt Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety flavor of yogurt-based drinks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, responsible, and excellent customer service skills. The Yogurt Barista will ensure that each customer receives a personalized and memorable experience.

Job Responsibility:

1) Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting yogurt flavors and toppings. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

2) Yogurt Preparation: Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, smoothies, parfaits, and other yogurt-based products according to company standards. Ensure that all products are made to order and meet quality and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including yogurt machines, topping stations, and preparation areas.

3) Topping and Ingredient Management: Stock and replenish toppings, fruits, syrups, and other ingredients as needed. Ensure that all toppings and ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and displayed attractively. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the manager.

4) Cleanliness and Sanitation: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly. Dispose of waste properly and maintain a tidy dining area.

5) Sales and Upselling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately. Upsell additional items, such as premium toppings, larger sizes, or promotional items. Encourage customers to join loyalty programs or sign up for special offers.

6) Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the yogurt bar. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
