  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Teaching Assistant (TA) provides support to the classroom teacher by assisting with instructional tasks, supporting students' learning, and helping maintain a positive and effective classroom environment. The TA will work with students individually or in groups, provide feedback, and help manage the classroom during lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Instruction:

  • Support the teacher in delivering lessons and instructional activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students.
  • Help students with classwork, assignments, and projects, reinforcing learning objectives.

Classroom Management:

  • Help maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assist in managing student behavior, following the teacher’s guidelines.
  • Supervise students during activities, breaks, or transitions.

Student Support:

  • Assist students with special needs, including providing accommodations as required.
  • Monitor student progress and report observations to the teacher.
  • Provide assistance to students who are enrolled in after school programme
  • Assist in daycare activities like naptime and shower

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with grading assignments, quizzes, and tests.
  • Help organize and maintain student records and materials.
  • Prepare classroom displays, bulletin boards, and visual aids.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administration

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field may be preferred).
  • Experience working with children or in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards students.
  • Knowledge of educational techniques and practices is an advantage.
  • Physically fit for handling children and daily tasks

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
