
Project Coordinator (Fresh Graduate)
Description
1. Administrative Support Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars - Perform routine administrative tasks to support daily operations as needed
2. Research and Analysis - Conduct research on various topics as assigned - Analyze findings and assist in preparing reports and presentations
3. Event Coordination - Collaborate with team members to plan, organize, and set up projects/subnets/business stream events
4. Communication and Design - Support and create clear, concise and engaging content for internal stakeholders - Design and create visually appealing content for communication (Design skills are considered an added advantage) - Collaborate with various business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objective
5. Innovation and Process Improvement - Propose innovative ideas and solutions based on insights gained from process implementation and stakeholder feedback

Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or related program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and gain practical experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
