Roles & Responsibility
- Check and ensure all vendors’ invoices are verified and approved.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices / bills especially utilities, tele-communication and other regularly monthly.
- Post vendors’ invoices / bills / claims accurately and promptly within the next day upon receipts of invoices.
- Send invoices for verification by the next day after posting of invoices.
- Arrange and prepare payments according to due dates and on weekly banking documents.
- Bank in cheques, submit bank applications, TT form and any other banking documents.
- Payment Vouchers – Ensure complete, accurate and prompt filing weekly.
- Upload Agents’ invoices
- Undertake ad-hoc functions and assignments when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy
- Strong in accounting technical knowledge, attention to detail, high numeracy and accuracy.
- Result oriented, shows initiative, assertive, analytic and resourceful.
- Good time management, team player and adapt to changes.
- Accounting software and Microsoft Office application.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
