Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant - Content & Live Operations to support our management and manage various aspects of our TikTok video and live-streaming activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth content production, live operations, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management & Video Production
  • Manage, and execute TikTok video content in alignment with the management's vision.
  • Assist in video production, ensuring high-quality, engaging content is created.
  • Review and check all video details before and after posting for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Live Streaming Operations
  • Manage the live hosts team, serving as a point of communication between the management and hosts.
  • Monitor and supervise live sessions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Respond to audience questions in real time and actively interact with viewers to enhance engagement.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Analyze TikTok data, including live and posted video performance metrics such as:
  • Sales generated through live sessions or linked products.
  • Viewer engagement, including total viewers, likes, and shares.
  • Comments and audience feedback to identify trends and improve content.
  • Product inquiries and customer interest patterns during live sessions.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and live streaming effectiveness.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Convey directives and updates from the management to the live hosts team and editor team.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals and expectations for video and live content initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in content creation, live streaming, or data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends, tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
