The Position
- Managing team performance through effective leadership, including team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and regular training
- Developing sustainable talent acquisition strategies by planning, executing, and following up on recruitment activities
- Overseeing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
- Identifying the right recruitment sources, tools, and methods for different positions across the company
- Executing end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to fill approved positions in line with business objectives
- Reviewing and optimizing recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience, improve time-to-fill KPIs, and increase hiring manager satisfaction
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the recruitment team, ensuring their career growth and professional development
- Conducting market research and providing insights on talent pool sizing and competitor hiring trends
- Preparing and analyzing recruitment reports, identifying challenges, and recommending solutions
- Participating in projects and initiatives within and beyond the recruitment team to drive business success
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in an international company or agency environment
- Proven expertise in recruitment with in-depth knowledge of best practices to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating teams to achieve recruitment goals
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and key stakeholders
