Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead and optimize our logistics, warehouse, factory operations, and overall business growth. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence while ensuring strategic top-line growth, sales expansion, and business profitability. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership approach, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of driving efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Growth & Sales Strategy

Develop and implement top-line growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

Identify new business opportunities, market expansion strategies to scale operations.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product availability,

service levels, and customer satisfaction.

Drive cost optimization and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while

maximizing margins.

2. Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Oversee transportation, distribution, and fleet management across all warehouse

locations.

Optimize delivery schedules, route planning, and driver efficiency.

Manage export operations.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Control

Ensure efficient inventory tracking, stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and WMS utilization.

Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and improve warehouse efficiency.

Implement and maintain ISO standards for warehouse operations.

4. Factory & Production Operations

Supervise factory activities, production planning, and quality control.

Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained to prevent downtime.

Align production output with demand to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Safety

Ensure full compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and ISO

certifications.

Oversee export procedures and documentation.

6. Leadership & People Management

Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Train and guide warehouse and logistics teams for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, factory operations, and safety

regulations.

Strong leadership with a track record in growth and cost control.

Experience with ISO standards, WMS, and export operations.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Hands-on approach, proactive problem-solver, and operationally strong
