KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of end to end recruitment process for Anaika Collections businesses and brands.
- Working closely with the brand team(s) to make sure recruitment filled rate is at its minimal.
- Assist in the coordination of new staff(s) on boarding process and orientation
- Assist in providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner
- Responsible for monthly HR reports and documentation.
- Working closely with the HR HQ team in Malaysia to drive corporate HR initiatives
- Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
- Assist in the coordination of exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
- Assist in organizing employees activities for employees in Anaika Collections.
- Assist in the documentation of disciplinary cases in Anaika Collections
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience/fresh graduate
- Proficient in computer skills
- Possess good and effective time management skills
- Able to multitask and set priorities
- Has excellent communication skill to encourage effective communication and team spirit between retail staff and management.
- Build and maintain good rapport with HODs, staff and external vendors.
- Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the VG Policies and Procedures
- Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
