
Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales of OOH advertising kiosks, hardware, and software solutions across Malaysia, Singapore, and an additional Southeast Asian market. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a strong track record in acquiring new logos, developing high-value enterprise accounts, and closing complex sales cycles. Experience in AI solutions is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts within key industries such as retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, and travel.
- Enterprise Sales & Solution Selling: Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing, including responding to RFPs, conducting technical demos, and solution presentations.
- Regional Expansion: Build and expand the company’s presence in Malaysia, Singapore, and one additional Southeast Asian market.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, procurement teams, and IT leaders.
- Industry Networking: Leverage an existing network and attend industry events to generate leads and opportunities.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas, with an attractive commission structure rewarding high performance.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in OOH advertising kiosks, hardware, and software solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, RFPs, and technical demonstrations.
- Proven track record of hunting new business and acquiring new logos.
- Experience in AI-driven solutions is a strong advantage.
- Deep industry network in retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, and travel.
- Familiarity with selling in Malaysia, Singapore, and at least one more Southeast Asian market.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
