  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at Klinik Dr Najwa Sdn. Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and providing excellent patient care.

Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Patient registration
  • Medicine dispensary
  • Attend to patient's enquiries and answering incoming calls
  • Manage patients' appointments & follow up
  • Simple account and billing matters
  • Assist doctor in procedures
  • Clinic administrative work
  • Response to clinic hygiene
  • Stock taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma or equivalent (additional medical-related certifications are a plus)
  • Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in [software, e.g., Microsoft Office, clinic management systems]
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Clinic Branches: Presint 11, Presint 15 & Presint 8 Putrajaya

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
