Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Assist with employer branding efforts to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Support with onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and strategies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions.
- High attention to detail with a focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
