Learning & Development Executive
Job Overview:
The Learning and Development Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves identifying learning needs, creating engaging training content, coordinating learning sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives to support both individual and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs within the organization by collaborating with managers and department heads.
- Design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning courses, and materials to address the identified needs.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including onboarding, skill development, leadership training, and compliance programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously update training content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry best practices and company goals.
- Track and report on training progress, attendance, and completion rates.
- Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Support employees in their learning journey by providing coaching and resources for their professional development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Collaborate with external training providers when needed to source specialized learning programs.
- Organize and manage learning events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and development.
- Assist with the preparation of development plans for employees and ensure alignment with career growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
