  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Accounts Payable Management: Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Petty Cash Management: Oversee and manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation for external audits.
  • SST Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with Sales and Service Tax (SST) regulations (knowledge of SST will be an advantage).
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and manage relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function and contribute to implementing changes.

Work Requirements:

  • Ideally candidate with 1 year experience in full set accounts, and particularly within a manufacturing field.
  • Proficient to communicate in English language; Mandarin proficiency will be considered advantageous.
  • Knowledge in SST regulations is a MUST
  • Capable to manage petty cash.
  • Experience in preparing audit schedules.
  • Reliable transportation to bank.
