  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires expertise in industrial relations, labor laws, and grievance handling to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and performance management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
