Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately via phone / email / live chat.
- Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
- Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Maximizes opportunities to up sell or cross-sell Bank’s products and services whenever to meet customer’s needs.
- Updates customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) accurately..
Job Requirements:
- At least a recognized Diploma with 2 years of working experience OR SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experience in CS
- Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply as training is provided.
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skills.
- Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin verbal ability is preferred
- Ability to work on a 24/7 shift including weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis
Additional Info:
- Earliest shift start at 6am. Latest shift end by 3am (For Senior Officer)
- 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break + 0.5 hours comfort break
- 2 days off per week (Most probably to be arrange 2 days continuous but may be split too)
- 8.5 hours shift – Work 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.5hours; Sat 5 hours)
- Location: Walking Distance from Ampang Park station
- 1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance
