Innovative Beverage Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Cocktail Preparation:
o Create and prepare a variety of beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
o Experiment with new recipes and techniques to develop unique drink offerings.
· Coffee and Tea Expertise:
o Utilize coffee and tea knowledge to craft exceptional coffee-based beverages and tea-infused beverages.
o Train staff on coffee and tea preparation techniques and the art of combining them with spirits.
· Customer Service:
o Provide excellent service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience.
o Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
· Inventory Management:
o Manage showroom, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and organized.
o Monitor and track usage of ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.
· Team Collaboration:
o Assist team members for product presentation & demonstration
o Participate in team meetings to discuss menu updates and promotional events.
o Provide costing and recipe info for every demo session within 24 hours after demo
o Assist to develop new recipe for beverage products as per customer’s requirement
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
· Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
· Background in coffee and tea preparation, including espresso, brewing methods, and tea blending.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Certification in bartending, mixology, or beverage management is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
