Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and giving prompt answers/quotation to customer.
- Liaise with agents/customer to keep track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documents supporting, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer and shipment records in the company’s system.
- Prepare and distribute reports on shipment status, delays, and other relevant metrics.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and international regulations.
- Assist in managing and organizing customer files and records.
- Emphasis on relationship building with customer.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of working experience in freight, customer services or any relevant industry.
- Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) is encouraged to apply
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Working Days
Monday to Friday (8.30 am– 5.30 pm)
Alternative Saturday (8:30 am to 01:00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
