Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and giving prompt answers/quotation to customer.
  • Liaise with agents/customer to keep track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents supporting, customs declarations, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer and shipment records in the company’s system.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on shipment status, delays, and other relevant metrics.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and international regulations.
  • Assist in managing and organizing customer files and records.
  • Emphasis on relationship building with customer.

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year of working experience in freight, customer services or any relevant industry.
  • Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) is encouraged to apply
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Working Days

Monday to Friday (8.30 am– 5.30 pm)

Alternative Saturday (8:30 am to 01:00 pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
