Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Restaurant Reservation Centre (RRC) is responsible for assisting in managing RRC and working closely with the F&B Service Team to maximise the F&B profit while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities skills are essential.
