  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new and existing products.

Assist in defIning and documenting user requirements and product specifications.

Work with product managers and developers to ensure requirements align with business objectives.

Document internal business processes to support compliance, efficiency, and standardization efforts.

Assist in identifying gaps in current workflows and recommend improvements.

Support compliance initiatives by maintaining process documentation and ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fi eld.

Basic understanding of business analysis principles, user requirement gathering, and documentation best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Profi ciency in Microsoft Offi ce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
