  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A data entry clerk is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. Your role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information. This role ensures smooth data management and supports the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Input: Enter production inventory and data into systems.
  • Verification: Check data accuracy and validate information against source documents.
  • Document Handling: Organize and file production orders, inventory records, and reports.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on production status and inventory levels.
  • System Maintenance: Update databases and resolve data entry issues.
  • Coordination: Communicate with production and sales teams to ensure accurate data.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Advantage to those who know how to use SQL system.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, patient and customer-oriented attitude.
