A Clerk will be responsible for performing routine office tasks, including data entry, filing, record keeping, processing documentation, and handling customer or client inquiries. Additionally, this role will involve hospitality tasks such as preparing and serving coffee, refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clerk role is to support the staff members at hand and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:
- Organize office and factory to assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Work with a variety of professionals in office settings. This can include Managers and other leaders within an organization.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule appointments (internal and external) and prepare documents for meetings.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining are kept confidential.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a clerk.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Excel & Words
- Computer systems (SQL software).
- Working knowledge of office & factory equipment.
- Through understanding of office & factory management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years and above experience in clerk.
