Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through advertising sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing needs and propose tailored advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and sell advertising solutions (digital, print, OOH, social media, etc.) to clients based on their business objectives.
  • Create customized sales proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the creative and media teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging advertising technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of various advertising platforms (digital, print, OOH, social media, programmatic, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
