Kiddocare is Malaysia’s leading on-demand babysitting platform, connecting families with trained childcare providers. We are expanding our reach and impact, and we’re looking for a Business Development Assistant Manager to help drive growth, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Job Overview
As the Business Development Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the senior management team to execute business strategies, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to expand Kiddocare’s market reach.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and potential partnerships.
2. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and strategic partners to drive business growth.
- Develop proposals and pitch Kiddocare’s services to potential partners and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and collaborations that benefit Kiddocare.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive B2B sales initiatives, including corporate childcare solutions and enterprise partnerships.
- Work on loyalty programs, subscription packages, and promotional strategies to boost user retention.
- Analyze sales performance and optimize conversion rates.
4. Customer & Market Insights
- Work with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, industry reports, and performance data to improve Kiddocare’s offerings.
5. Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and tech to align business goals.
- Prepare and present reports on business development performance and impact to senior management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in a tech startup or service-based industry).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data, trends, and market conditions to drive decision-making.
- Self-starter, proactive, and result-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable with pitching, presenting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in the childcare, tech, or service platform industry is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
