· Providing general clerical / administrative support including preparing quotation, issuing cover note and policy. reply emails from customers promptly.

· Complete administrative tasks to help our office run smoothly

Process and review insurance documentation and ensure all documents are complete.

·Work as a liaison between Insurance company and Agency personnel to ensure the proper flow of requests.

·Updating / maintaining manual / computerized record /maintain the portal system/ backup files and provision of reports

·Update our database regularly, File and maintain customer insurance files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
