About Us
We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team, which specializes in handling customer complaints for automotive used cars. This role involves data management, reporting, customer follow-ups, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have basic proficiency in Google Sheets/ Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, and customer communication (not compulsory)
No formal training sessions will be conducted, interns will receive hands-on guidance and support to help them understand the processes, tools, and best practices required for the role.
You Day-to-Day
Data Entry & Management:
- Extract and update customer details from the CRM system into Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly checking for updates.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using Google Sheets (tables, summaries, and charts).
- Utilize pivot tables and formulas to analyze case data (e.g., case volume, resolution time).
Presentation & Documentation:
- Create reports and presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint for internal use.
- Ensure reports are clear, well-structured, and visually organized for management review.
Customer Support (As Needed):
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers when required.
- Maintain professional and clear communication during interactions.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist in document preparation, filing, and organizing reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (able to use formulas, pivot tables, and generate tables/charts).
- Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint (capable of creating clear, structured presentations).
- Attention to detail – ability to maintain accurate and complete records.
- Basic communication skills – confident in handling customer calls when needed.
- Independent worker – able to manage tasks with minimal supervision after initial guidance.
- Strong organizational skills – capable of tracking updates and maintaining structured reports.
- Must commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
