1. Assist in Procurement Planning:

2. Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Assist in negotiating contracts, including pricing and terms, with suppliers.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Vendor Management:
- Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
4. Purchase Order Management:
- Oversee the creation and approval of purchase orders.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or deliveries.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
6. Cost Control and Budget Management
- Assist in tracking and managing procurement budgets.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, savings, and performance metrics.
